To login to the Texarkana College Financial Aid NetPartner site, you must first have submitted a FAFSA to the college. If this is your first time here, click on the "First Time User" beneath the Submit button to create a new TC NetPartner account. Logins require you to enter your SSN and the PIN you chose when you first created the account. If you have forgotten your PIN, click "Forgot PIN" and follow the onscreen prompts.
